SporeProof is a cloud-based record-keeping tool for sterilization compliance documentation. It allows facilities to log autoclave loads, track spore test results, record maintenance events, and generate compliance reports.
SporeProof is a logging and documentation tool only.
It does not provide medical, legal, or regulatory advice. SporeProof does not verify the accuracy or completeness of data entered by users. Users are solely responsible for understanding and meeting all applicable sterilization requirements, including but not limited to CDC, OSHA, state, and local regulations. Use of SporeProof does not guarantee compliance with any regulatory standard.
SporeProof is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

In no event shall SporeProof's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the service exceed the total fees paid by you to SporeProof in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SporeProof from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the service, (b) data you enter into the service, (c) your failure to comply with applicable sterilization regulations, or (d) your violation of these terms.

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. SporeProof may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms.
Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data via the built-in CSV and PDF export features. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
SporeProof may discontinue the service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to business closure, insolvency, or strategic changes. In the event of planned discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email so that you may export your data.
SporeProof shall have no liability for any damages, losses, or costs arising from service discontinuation, including but not limited to loss of access to records, disruption to compliance workflows, or the need to transition to alternative solutions. You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of your sterilization records as required by your jurisdiction.
Demo sessions are temporary (15 minutes) and are intended for evaluation purposes only. All demo data is automatically deleted when the session expires. There is no expectation of data persistence for demo accounts.
API keys provide read-only access to your facility's data for external integrations. You are responsible for securing your API keys. SporeProof is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from compromised API keys.
You retain all ownership rights to the data you enter into SporeProof. By using the service, you grant SporeProof a limited license to host, store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing and operating the service.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SporeProof regarding the use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
